didn't have to take the entire front off not even wind shield. Just remove the cluster gauge and you should be good. (My opinion)

Day time result.....

Low beam.. (i think i need to adjust the beam a little may be)

High beam... (i like it moree)

How did you lock in the bulbs? That's pretty much the only thing barring me from buying LED...also, what was the part/kit number that you bought?

This kit is built for the Busa . @BlueBacon If I remember right thought the rubber seal needs trimming

High beam is simple. Plug in and twist to lock it.
Low beam requires minor trimming like @c10 mentioned. Took me 30 minutes.
Go to cyclopse led wbsite and you will see it
