D&D Full 4:2 Exhaust

I got a new D&D 4 into 2 full exhaust system for Christmas. I know it may not be among the typical replacement systems for the busa, but I'm going to install it (and avoid hurting my spouse's feelings).

I've checked the posted maps on powercommander.com but did not see any listed for this system. Would anyone know if the power commander is needed or if a map(s) exist for this system. My 2000 busa only has a K&N air filter now, but I'll also remove the PAIR when I install the pipes.

You'll almost have to remap with the full exhaust and I'd remove the pair as well. You can get the pair kit from Brock's.

I'm good to go on the pair block off kit. I guess I'll have to work this one out from scratch since I don't know of anyone locally that I can bring the bike to for proper tuning.

You might find someone here with a map for your system if you can't get a custom one. You can upload the map with your pc.

find a good tuner dur to that set up D&D needs a ton of fuel taken OUT!

JC, I guess you're saying that it needs to be leaned out?

Thanks for the info. Just an fyi, I noticed in the online documentation the Techlusion TFi (or DFO) that their product can only add fuel and not allow any leaning out. I seem to remember this question being brought up on the board sometime ago. I also read that a number of PCII's have failed in the first six months of service but I don't know if that's just salesperson bs.

I inquired with Dynojet about the pc3 today and here's the response:

"There are no plans to release a PCIII unit for the 99-01 Hayabusas at this time. Unfortunately there are many rumors on the internet and it is absolutely untrue that these units are prone to failure. We pride ourselves on the extremely low rate of failure that the units have, there is no reason these units should consistently fail after six months of use.
