dead battery- can't get seat off

how do i get it off. its my brother in law's bike. he hasn't been able to ride for awhile. so i rode it to work. well the batterys dead. its 3am i want to go home. can you guys help me out please?  thanks slim

2 Allen scres under the seat....6mm I believe. Which should also be in the tool kit.

Actually, They're 5.5mm.
