Dealer stunts

Went to my dealer today to let him know that I wanted to pick up my Busa on tuesday. He told me that he sold all the blue ones (have a deposit on a blue). He is sure he can get me another one in a few days. Previously I was told that my deposit held a specific crated busa. What gives? Is this common practice or should I be worried?

I take it then that this would not be your practice. The trouble is, I'm not sure I can find another blue in my area (Northeastern Mass).

If you buy one from us and it is marked sold on the crate it is yours unless you can't get finaced or the funds.Make some calls and see who is close by and if they have one sometimes dealers will trade(sometimes).

I saw a2k blue busa unsold on the floor at
Bettencourts in W. Bridgewater, MA about 2
weeks ago. May still be there. good luck

Your dealer did you wrong, he knew how many blue Busas he would have way in advance. He probably hooked up one of his buddies or if you somehow worked a discount, he may of had a higher offer. Blues are getting hard to come by so good luck.

My dealer redeemed himself today. He came through with a blue busa he got from another dealer. I'll be breakin her in tomorrow afternoon. Wish me luck. I'm going to bring an extra pair of skids!!
