So, I'm off today and the weather is decent. I did a little suspension tweaking and set off for my proving grounds. I made my secret latrine stop and was gearing back up and the lenses fell out of my glasses and both screws were gone!

Now I have 2 choices. Call it a day and drive home half blind or bust out some zip ties from my trusty tool kit. Guess what I did?

Yep, zip ties and duct tape. That's all ya ever need.

Although I used a twisty-tie to fix my glasses when lense fell out on I10 last weekend. But if I'd had a zip tie.....

Beautiful day. I was out on the Bulverde Baby Backs (Bulverde/291). Cruised up on a "Superchicken". I wasn't in leathers today so took it easy. I stayed with him and like I said we were cruising. Got to 281 at the end of the run and he says "wow, that usually doesn't happen..." "what's that?" I replied. He said in amazement,"I usually leave guys behind on that road... and you're on a freaking Busa none-the-less". I smiled as he and I pulled out on 281... He popped a wheelie... I hit the throttle... and he soon became a tiny speck in my history of riding.
