Dekal County and Gwinett County Georgia Bike thefts on the rise.

Hey guys in the Atlanta area use extreme caution with leaving your bikes anywhere for any amount of time. We have a new bike theft ring in the area. We had 8 bikes stolen last night in my district, 4 were in one Apt. complex so looks like they are just riding around looking for them.I know this is a old subject, but I feel really bad for the victims when I have to take the reports for them especially if they only have liability on the bike.

Damn, this is one reason I'm finally glad to have a garage. The entire time in San Diego I hated having that bike out in the apartment complex parking lot.

Law Dog, I emailed you my phone number a bit ago, did you get it? Give me a ring when you get the chance. I'm raring to exercise the bike and remove a little rubber from the tires (preferably when the crooks are elsewhere, the bastards).

Ahh, crap, forget the last one about riding. Still give me a call though! I just read the thread you started about your bike. Sorry to hear about that. Luckily it's an accident that didn't require you being on the bike.

There are two red/gray busas at 333 Canton Rd (near 41/120 intersection). I'm not sure of the name of the place. They did not have any silver/blue models that I could see.

Hope they come to 'alfretta'. Remington 12 autos rule bike thieves.

If you can stomach it, goto labusas, there's actually a constructive effort to help out some college kid who got ripped w/o insurance.

My apartment/townhouse properties are supposed to have gates at the entrances. Gates never stopped anyone and I didn't rent out a garage so I put mine in my 2 bedroom apartment. It is a good thing that the place is big enough for all of my furniture and the bike. I am pretty subtle about putting my bike in my place b/c it is allegedly against fire code....hope none of you get your bikes stolen...
