Cool bikes . I was looking at those on youtube just this morning.
You can build a literbike to sorta aproximate the power output and even get the front to lift at very low rpm in 2nd gear with the throttle only but the snort from the engine can only be found in the Ducati V-4 engine with the crank pin they use . An engine that stirs the soul with mad noise is a large part of the ride for me .

It may well be that a new 750cc V-four with a GSX-R decal on it will be able to be had at fraction of the Ducati price someday soon. Maybe even with a CBR decal . Here's to hoping anyway .
