So I've asked in a few other threads and got a little help from @sixpack577 and a few other wonderful members but now I need something that will help me further my shop as well. Working on cars over the years I've got a little knowledge on data streaming and other stuff but nowhere near being an expert but I need to find a scanner that will do tests on sensors, data stream, address the abs,and the main thing I need to be able to do with the suzukis is me with the isc valve. I read up on the healtech obd tool that @GIXERHP had posted and it will do most of what i need and let you lock the isc valve to do a throttle body sync and move it to test it but it seems the only tool I've found that will allow you to reset the parameters of the valve when u replace it is the suzuki sds tool. My main problem with the sds tool is they are crazy expensive and next to impossible to find and even the 1 or 2 I've ran across I wasn't sure that it would have the software that would actually work with the newer bikes. Does anyone have a scanner or used one that would do what I'm after or is there something I can run thru my laptop anyone knows of ? At this point the gixxer 750 I've been having idle issues with has gotten really bad and at this point I've tested everything i can short of the valve clearance which is next and anything to do with the ecu as I have no way to interface with it but have talked him into getting the stuff to flash his ecu anyway since his bike is going to be the main guinea pig for our dyno. Any info is greatly appreciated as always.
