did my first stretch!

never really got into working on bikes, even though i'm a mechanic, and build race cars. My buddy talked me into doing his 4-6 stretch with blocks. i was amazed how easy it was. no cycle jack, no special tools, and the only problem i had was a lack of daylight. i'll never stretch mine, but it looks cool. i had the blocks, 42 sprocket, chrome chain, brake bracket, and wheel all back on in 2hrs. i have the extended brake line but i ran outta light. i'm blown away at how much all these shops charge for this stuff.

:worthless:

alot of add-ons can be done by even a novice machanicaly inclined person. Most are just fearfull at first. The stealersships prey on the folks.:firing:

yeah 4-6 extensions, and i slammed it at the same time, the thing is damn near on the ground, but he insists that his wife on the back wont cause any suspension issues.. this is also the idiot who didnt wait for me to finish the install and went ahead and chopped of 8 extra links and wasted the brand new chain cuz its too F'n short. all i know is i finished the strectch tonite, and did my front galfer lines, and my brakes are way more bad ass, albeit almost unnoticeable to the naked eye, than his stretch/ drop.

pics will come after Hannah comes thru. we were supposed to go to wildwood today for the annual roar to the shore, but we're heavily rained out. f'n hurricanes.

gotta get the rear shock rebuilt now to compensate for the stretch,,,,traxxion dynamics did mine, would highly reccomend
