differences between 'Busa and B-King REAR wheel

Someone can help me? I want to sell my rear Galespeed type R for B-King to a rider who owns an Hayabusa...what the differences between B-king and Busa rear wheel?

I cant say for the aftermarket rims, but on the OEM the wheel and rotor is identical to the Gen II Busa. There are only spacer differences on the sprocket carrier side due to some variance in the wheel placement and swingarm.

Then You think that could be simple to transfer a B-king rear wheel over a GenII Busa?
When I say SIMPLE, I mean "with a 100$ (or less) work/modification" ...
