DIY: How to raise/lower the front of the bike?

I've been staring at my bike for a while on this subject and simply don't have the time to take the bike to a dealer so wanted to attempt this myself.

Looking at the picture of my current setup, what exactly do I need to do to raise this bike back up to stock height?

Anyone who can help me with stock parts would greatly be appreciated and you can have my lowering parts for FREE in return. I've had a few guys talk to me about this but I really do not know the concept on how this is done. I have most of the tools except for a bike jack.....

PLEASE HELP!

thanks
rick

your answers will probably best be served over a phone call than trying to explain it on here... it really is simple though. Hardest part for you will be that you dont have a front end stand though, that can be solved by using a cargo strap to hold up the front end.

Remove the plastics and place a floor jack under the oil pan and/or use a 2x4 under the headers. This will allow you to raise the front up off the ground to adjusts the forks.
