Like a DIY how to change brakes, oil, filters etc. just like the normal maintenence stuff..

Also, I heard from some sources, when you shift up, you dont have to use the clutch, however when you shift down you do.. Any input?

TTE gave you a couple of good links - what you are describing is known as Speed Shifting... Discussions usually are like Tire pressure and Brands...

A clutch is needed at red lights. I up shift and down shift all the time without a clutch, If you want to use it go right ahead if not than don't, it really does not matter. As with anything else practice makes perfect.

Quite a few people have bent shift forks by clutchless shifting the Busa.
