Doing the Can Can

Hi y'all

I've come to my Busa from a 1200 Bandit. The Bandit had a Quill race can on it, which stayed with me when I traded the bike. I have the option of another identical can, and it looked as though the three bolt configuration was the same, but when I tried to fit the Quill on the Busa, it didn't quite fit.

Is that correct then - is the spacing on the Bandit's 3 bolts ever-so-slightly different from the Busa? Or was I just not doing it properly?

Spacing should be the same, internal diameter could be different. Post some pictures so we can help you better.
