well i was just cleaning my little ole busa as the sun was shining and got the pledge out to bring her up to sparkly clean.

then as i walked past the rear of the bike the frankenbolt hooked my shorts and promptly ripped the button and zip leaving me standing there in my underpants:banghead:

wife said it was nearly as funny as seeing me naked :moon:to her:laugh:

bolts have now been removed as that would cause pandemonium if it happened at a bike meet outside a shop etc:banghead::banghead:

you have been warned

Yep, almost ripped a pocket off a pair of shorts of mine one day. What did you replace them with? And I promise I didnt laugh at you, I was laughing with you,

Cannot say I have done the same. I will flag off my bolts with some high visibility flagging tape to ensure the safety of those around the bike. Of course, they could be considered a security mechanism as well. The would be thief is attempting to steal your bike and get caught on the bolts. They may just give up and wait for the police. Or, they may end up streaking through the quad like Frank the Tank.

i took my grab bar off and used 2 of the bolts from that to replace the frankenbolts.

your not having any pics lol

as for replacing them the bolt's that is i used 2 allen head bolts and put a nut and washer on to replace the shoulder on the oe bolt so you dont over stress the rear cowl

Haven't done that yet, but knowing me I will. But got off the bike a little while ago in Colchester town centre and my jeans fell down, outside a cafe with people sitting at some tables.

As Basil Fawlty said I think I got away with it..
No I know they saw me I just pulled them up quick.
