Only my 2nd time to a track & my launchs are terrible... But last minute I decided to join the local club that was headed to Redding, Ca. ( about 75 miles from here ) for open track night.
Now the down side for a novice racer like me is everyone expects you to be speed king cause u are on a Busa! Well a really good racer on a 600 could probly beat me. Some of the kids in the club can really launch, but forunately I was able to drive around em on the top end.
I made about 5 passes and my best recorded 1/4 mile time was 10.9 @ 135 mph. Oh and did I mention I couldnt keep the front end down... :o
Very addictive and loads of fun but I gotta say I love the twisties.
