Dremel V. Faring

What kind of tip should I use? my old one died, so I bought a new 300 series dremel to shave some of the faring on the left side of my bike, just not quite big enough to get the slider through.

I used a hole saw bit with a block of wood behind it at a very slow speed

so did I, but with the curve in the faring it came out just a little too small. Need to shave about 3/16" off the top of the hole.

I drilled a couple of holes big enough to get a sanding tube through and then went around until I got the hole the size of the slider.
The sanding tubes work real well, that plastic is soft.

I'm sure you probably already know, but make sure you tape it up so it doesn't flake off.
