This the first time I've run any of the Roadsmarts but I'm already in love with them. I mounted them up two days before leaving for the bash so the roads around Robbinsville were the first I got to test them on. In the pics they already have over 1200 miles on them. You can clearly see the dual compound running down the center and the sides are rolling rubber on them. I used every single part of the tire, even dragging the stator cover on the dragon a couple of times. The bike is stock height right now and the suspension is cranked down pretty tight. I don't need the comments about dragging hard parts, I know, just letting everyone know that the tires really grip all the way to the edge. I'm going to raise the back of the bike and if that don't help the clearance issue a 55 series will go own next.

Dunlop makes some amazing tires! Happy to see you are having fun while increasing your tire life. One of my friends runs a Q2 front and Roadsmart rear on his busa and he rides the wheels off that thing.

Did you guys hear about his stator cover?
Sorry, tire threads aren't my thing...

I ride everyday to work so I need some mileage to go along with grip. Looks like I might have found the tire for me. I'll keep everyone up to date on the mileage side of things.

How many miles do you get on a stator cover

If you replace it, think about woodcraft with puck

I am glad you are happy with them... Colin Edwards! You where putting in a good showing for them higher mileage Dunlops!

Glad to hear it, I plan on running the q2 front and roadsmart rear so this is good news for me

I'm going to redo the whole bike this fall. As you can see in the picture that side has some roadrash. I have another cover on the shelf but I don't plan on it hitting again. I'll have it raised in the back before I go railing like that again.
