Dust Caps

Question:
I'm putting some aftermarket wheels on (Roland Sands Designs) and the mechanic says I need Dust Caps for the front wheel. ??? I've heard of them for tires and forks but not for wheels. Has anyone seen or heard of this? Waiting for a call back from RSD. Thought I'd ask here too.

Also is there a risk of not having a brake caliper carrier connected your swingarm. The carrier I have now won't slide into the aftermarket swingarm I have. Can I use another type?

He's prolly talking abt for the axle bearings. If the bearings have the seals made in you shld be fine.
Take a pic of the inside of your arm and your rear brake set up and post here so we can see what you have.
