Today I went to Dyno-Solutions in Danbury, CT and met up with John. All I can say is that he is a very professional and down to earth guy who knows how to tune bikes. Anytime I had a question he would explain things to me, very polite, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to tune/dyno a bike in this area.
My mods are:
GI-Pro w/ TRE
BMC Street air filter
NGK Iridium spark plugs
Yoshimura RS-3 carbon fiber slip-on's
87 octane
Amsoil MCF Synthetic
Dynojet PCIII USB
Stock tune got me 94 lb/ft torque and 154.2 hp
Tuned got me 97.98 lb/ft torque and 160.47 hp
I am VERY happy with the results, the bike runs a lot nicer around town, throttle response has improved in a lot of RPM's, the bike is just that much more fun to ride. There were a few rich and lean spots that John addressed.
Overall power is noticeably better, nothing crazy but you can tell. Although I can definitely feel a boost in power in 1st and 2nd gear!
Henry aka HRJR - it was nice meeting you and when you dyno yours, let me know! I'll ride back out there to see how yours does.
