Hey everyone! Thanks for the welcomes, congrats etc...

It has been raining non-stop here for weeks, but the weather broke and I had dry pavement for the ride home! I was all set to trailer it, but just couldn't pass up the chance to get aquainted with her. I've only put 16 miles on thus far, but every inch was pure sweetness.

I spent the last 2 hours ripping stickers, reflectors and took the knife to the gawd aweful mudflap on the rear. All in all she is coming together nicely- especially for only having her 3 hours! Now if I can just figure out how to raise the beam on the headlights.... I felt blind riding it in the dark. It seems to aimed way to low from the factory. Hence the reason I rode so little.

But tomorrow is a new day

East Coast- I'm 6'3 (all legs) and weigh 225. I was debating on a Gixxer 1K last summer, but it felt like a pocket bike under me. One ride on my buddy's Busa and I was SOLD! It just fits like a dream... and 2-up with the wife will be MUCH more pleasant for both of us!
