Electrical system question

I'm doing some R & D on the Busa. I need to know what electrically shuts off after the bike has been ridden and then parked. I am getting the idea that something on the bike shuts down electrically after about 20 to 30 minutes of downtime. I have no alarm on it ( Well at least nothing that you guys would know about YET! This is what I am doing the R & D for) and the only aftermarket item I have on it that is powered is the Power Commander. If anybody here has the answer I would GREATLY appreciate the knowledge!

There isn't anything on the Busa that is on a delay to shut down that I am aware of.
