engine cuts out

i have just bought a 1999 busa with 19000 miles on it. i have put 500 mile on it and the other day it cut out while accelrating onto the motorway when i came to a stop and try to start it,it starts right up.it has since done it again under acceleration but it will run ok if you take it easy on the throttle .can anyone help .cheers joe

Might take a good look at the kickstand safety switch for 1 thing.
