engine whining...sort of.

does anyone else hear a sort of like, whine when in higher rpms? sort of like that sound that comes from racing car transmissions, now that i said that maybe its my transmission? i usually hear it when in 1st or 2nd gear, 5 thousand rpms.

i just picked up my 06 today and noticed the same thing its gata be normal its got 759 miles on it lol
