The problem with Ethanol starts at the station where you bought your gas. Ethanol (alcohol) will mix with water unlike strait gas. So say the tank at the station had a leak and the bottom of that tank was all water. The pick up for the pump doesn't go to the bottom for that reason. Now add Ethanol and all that water mixes into the gas then into your ride. To make things worse Ethanol will evaporate quikly leaves an even high percentage of water in you poor busa were in will no longer mix with the gas fooking up your bike. Bottom line is drain your tank and get gas somewhere eles. Heard down at the boat yard it's eating the alunmium but who knows right now.
