About 10 of us get together every year June and drive through France, Switzerland, Italy and Monte Carlo on a 10 day tour and I am fed up with normal vid camcorders because of bulk, battery life, changing tapes. So I Would appreciate help on cams and memory card recorders as I know absolutely nothing about them idealy to permantly fit into my bike concealed but must be realy good quality without the Im being riped off factor on price

Thanx

Paul........

if you can get a hard drive cam small enough that would be a good route imho. i have one and LOVE how easy it is

where are you wanting to conceal it.
Anywhere i can dont mind drilling the front fairing just want to be able to unplug the recorder and put it away at night so need any system to come with all cables. Then during use i only have to switch memory cards when full

i am no pro. at this so dont take my words for gospel..but the memory cards wont hold alot. you can get cards up around 8 g and even more but those can cost $100.00 and even more here in the usa. i have a hard drive cam that has 60 g. that at high quality holds 14 hours of footage.

but size is probably going to be your selling point. just find out what you can get cards for over there and how many hours you can get on one
