I have heard many reasons as to why people don't want a 'Busa such as:

- they are too big
- they look like pregnant whales
- they can't turn
- a 1000 is just as fast

and the list goes on and on. Today though, I heard the absolute dumbest logic as to why someone wouldn't want a 'Busa, and this came from a co-worker of mine.

"Hayabusas suck. They only have top end speed so their take-off is slow, here's the kicker, that's why they are only used as drag bikes."

No, not at all. But speaking to him entertains me sometimes. Such as the first time I told him I was looking to get a 'Busa. He said he would never get one because there is no place he would ride at 190mph that's why he wants a Gixxer 1000.

So there's no place he can do 190mph but there are soooo many places he can do 180mph. Let the bashing begin!

You know, this bike is so good I dont even defend it. I just laugh inside knowing that it is so vastly superior to anything the other guy is riding I dont even feel like discussing it.

Its wierd, in some way this 160hp bike has actually settled me down a little.
