Exhaust dimensions?

Hi,

I'm about to start building a exhaust manifold for my Gen 1 GSX1300R engine. As I do not have and exhaust to measure on I'd like some help with dimensions. I need the outer diameter and length from the backside of the bracket to the end of the pipe that goes into the cylinder head. I have a bracket cut out of stainless but I need the two dimensions mentioned in order to make sure the manifold will fit.
Any help is appreicated! Trying to explain what I need in the sketch below.
