Exhaust gasket

I'm preparing to installing a TiForce full exhaust on a '03.
Is it necessary to replace the manifold exhaust gaskets? I'm also wondering if there is anything else i need to concern myself with before the install. I checked out BULLETTRAIN step by step installation, great info.

If your not going to replace them , minimum get the head surface clean and same for the the gaskets , flip them over and use some hi-temp RTV on the old side of the gasket thats soon to be on the cylinder side and let set for 10 minutes before putting them in place then wipe off excess that gets pushed out .

Don't beat up the radiator

i would get new ones. they're only around 30 a set. trust me, it sucks when you spend all that time taking off and replacing the exhaust only to find after you finish that you have a leak and have to do it all over again. that sucks a$$

thanks for the advice,

now my next question is how do i get the old gaskets off. I just took off the whole exhaust system and the gaskets seem pretty well set on staying right where they are. i'm was thinking some wd-40 but not sure if that's a good idea.

they don't cost alot, might as well do it while everything is torn apart already IMHO
