ordering the yosh 4-1 and pc.
is it ok to put on before break-in or should i wate till after break-in???

. Geezzzzz, that's only a couple of 1000 miles and if something happens the dealer can't blame you. Just my .02 cents, but I am sure others with disagree. Me, I kinda want my $$$ secured until I am sure about things

I'd put 300 miles on it before switching the parts ONLY to prevent washing the cylinders down unneccesarily  from a bad map .

That is if the map chosen was way rich . So many maps out there hard to tell what a guy has in mind to use and some are piss poor excuses for...maps .

I'd be thinking along the same lines...
 
My perfromance shop WOULD NOT take my bike in for exhaust and dyno mapping until after the 600 service and even then he told me he'd prefer to see a 1000 miles on it. Picked it up April 15 and rode in rain and freezing temps everynight after work to get 870 miles on it. I know that's because he needed to redline it, but just passing along the info.
 
I put my TRS tri-oval on at 300 miles and haven't had any problems. I just continued normal break in procedures.
 
I did mine at about 900 miles

i have 610 on mine and im adding a pipe pcIII blockoffs and a TRE so i hope all goes well i may through in a strong map but im not redlineing it either so i hope it wont do any damage.
 
I put Pipes, PCIII, Pair removal, Air box mod, new roters, Lumaglow guages, ATRE, Painted the bike from red to black, Muzzy fan, Undertail, Double bubble. all before i even rode it. Zero mile install on all of it...

Bike runs strong as sh*t. i waited till 1000mi to dial in the PCIII.

I ran 174rwhp with NO engine mods, ECU, etc. Strongest stock engine busa Kinetic (Tampa aera) ever had on it's dyno. I've always subscribed to the set it up and ride it the way you want it right out of the crate.

dealer said it's ok to do before break in. so it's on them if something goes wrong
