Exhaust question

Just curious who makes the most Hp. I have been looking into the Akro full Ti, but have also heard that there are others. If anyone knows the gains please let me know. I really don't want loud just good sound and hp gains. If someone could lead me in the right direction, I can to the research. thanks Ohh this is for an 04 buse.

Thats odd.. the sheet is gone. It shows a stock busa making 159 and with a sumo and a pc it made 171. This was from the compay tho , not a shop so believe what you will. You cant go wrong with a akra. They are a great pipe too. And I like the carbon can better than the tiforce metal can.

DR12004 is your exhaust full Ti ? I have also heard of a company called Arata making a full Ti system for $1200 and adds about 10 hp. Guy said if i bought it he would dyno for free to prove the hp gain. just not to many people have Arata.

How about the Gen 3 from Brock Davidson racing, alot of the guys that I ride with swear by it. I've also heard alot of good things about the Akrapovic. I'm still trying to figure out which one I'm gonna go with....GL

well right now I plan to go with akro. I found a full Ti syster for $1599 but they toss in a PC3 usb with it for free. Not really a bad deal to get full akro ev for $1250

You might want to check out Tom (WarBaby) at <a href="www.veltune.com">Veltune<a> for deals and info on the GEN 3 Brock Hindle system. Several here on the board have got them.

Some real good tuners that I have talked to swear by the Muzzy on the Busa. I don't remember the exact numbers, but they are comparible, if not better than your more expensive systems like Hindle and Akrapovic.

Full exhaust is stainless steal... They all claim big numbers but wheres the dyno sheets? Mines posted in the gallery.. Also they are so close in hp numbers that its more a case of what you as the owner likes in looks.{personal preference}
I started with a full HMF then went to the full Yosh IMO the Yosh looks alot better and the fit is ten times better..

dr1300r Only problem with your system is that it is stainless. I need Ti. the salt in the air here in hawaii kills stainless in a few years. I've been told Ti is only way to go in this enviroment and since im going to be here until 2008 it might be a problem for me to go with the ss. Thanks though and by the way your bike looks sweet.
