Extended Plate Holder

Does anyone know where this license plate holder can be purchased from. I have only seen them on bikes that are overseas. I don't even know what I would search for to find it. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Below is the YouTube link to the video with the Busa that has the plate holder I am referring to.

Now that we know what your looking for - can you post a picture of your bike.
If we can see Your bike we might be able to give you a better answer to your question.
Or other ideas of where to mount it.

I agree with you guys that the plate holder is quite fugly, but its not for me. A friend (who isn't so hot on technology and/or it's operation) saw it and wanted it for himself. When I couldn't find it, I turned to the group of people who have always had an answer for any question I could think of as it pertains to a Busa. i actually have a Tiger Tail on my bike.... Clean look and great clearance for the stretch.
