extended swingarm chain

got the 4-6" extensions, need to know what size chain to get, been told the ek 530 is the way to go... i don't race, and i want the best chain... not sure whether to go with the 4" or 6" yet, made phone calls today and no answer yet.. want to order it tonight because i got my tax returns in! yay!
