External wastegate for my turbo build

Building me a turbo engine and are wondering about how big wastegate i need... 40,44,46 or 50?

Have a garret gt3076r, je pistons, carillo rods, 4x1640cc injectors, watercooled intercooler and will be driving on a alcohol/gasoline mix called E85 (104 Octane (racefuel))

Somebody have some good advice or experience? Happy to hear what you think...

You could use a 38/40 tial or 40 or 44, what is the size of your turbin A/R and how many pounds of Boost you going to run???

Turbin A/R 60, compressor A/R 48...

I`m not sure yet on the pressure, but max 1,8 bar... will see after the dyno run, how the engine will run...

The big injectors are due to the fuel, but will work fine even on low rpm`s. This has been done before on the same managment system...

Well a popular misconception is the more power the bigger the gate, but the gate is what will determine the minimum amount of boost, if you are not going to run under 8 psi then the 38mm gate is more then adequate, and I believe the 44mm should get you down to 4 psi.

thats what I was thinking..... I hope those are piggy back with a separate controller... gonna have a ##### of a time mapping them if not.
