Is there a way that i could get color samples so i can get my powder coat supplier to match them

I don't know too much about this, but would think you could get some touch-up paint from the dealer. I got a bottle for my Honda, so I'm just assuming that Suzuki sells it too.

From what I gather one can not get an EXACT match with powdercoat. There is a couple people on here that insist that they have gotten an exact match, but after a year or so, I am still waiting on proof. This info is from a professional powder coater who has communicated with his suppliers, not from myself. Take what I say for whatever its worth to you.

According to my supplier they can match any color i can dream of. They just installed a new lab and equipment to do so in their facility so we will see :)

Color rite sells powder coat for all the stock colors. Why wouldn't you just order that? I've used them several times and even the pens and spray cans match perfectly.

they do not sell powder coat or else i wouldnt have started this thread. they sell all the paint i need but i just need sample chips of colors nothing more:poke:

First of all... that's craptastic that they don't sell powder anymore!? :banghead:

Second, my bad bro.

powder is hard I used to pwdercoat and matching is pretty tough to do especially right on. Paint has a bit of transparency to it and powdercoating doesn't. but I'm curious to see the result

Good luck with it brother, and post pix of the finished product ( with lights on too )
