Fathers day

So I woke up yesterday morning to Jake holding a card yelling, " Daddy wake up, its fathers day", Jessica put him up to it I am sure. After all who gets out of bed at 6am on Fathers day?

So I open the card and its pretty cute, he singed him name all by him self.

Later on in the day I go to the store, and they are giving away a FREE Seadoo. So long as your 21 you can win. Will find out July 31 if I win it or not. Would be nice tho.

And then I put some new ( to me) rims and tired on the lawn truck. They are off a 2004 Explored sport and were given to me. They look pretty good and raised the truck a good 3 inches.

So I had a great Fathers day.

That's a nice day. Kids gave me a card. I said thanks. Asked the wife if I could head out for a ride..... I got "sure....... but could you first cut the grass, take out the trash, help me tidy the basement, do something with these fishing rods, could we go to home depot and look at paint for the house, then could we go look for all new furniture, then how bout decorating ideas for the bathroom. blah blah blah..... something about solving world peace and then I was allowed to go.











so I kissed the kids and said "daddy will be home after his ride".
It was a great ride.

I told my daughter that the best thing about Father's day...was being HER Dad...And that every day being her dad was Father's day...
