Despite the headline I couldn’t find what the threats were. And who (and why) would anyone threaten a FEMA worker?

Very good question. I read some on it, some speculation that it’s people unhappy with how relief funds are being applied. It’s hard to wrap your mind around it.

Good.
Fema turned away Alot of people from private organizations that were bringing donations, threatend them saying they were interfering with federal operations.
Fema also took alot of credit on local news for things private groups were doing.
So much so that local and state police said they would begin arresting any Fema workers interfering with private relife.
Look into their generous $750 per household 'relife' too...it's a Loan!
Try not repaying that too and watch them take your property.
My friend's son goes to college outside of Asheville, and I have several linemen who are friends for many years.
The news on this is bs, and it's alot worse than they are telling you.
"We're from the government and we're here to help" yeah right.

Katrina had 60,000 military helping.

Helene and Milton combined less than 20,000.

And then Kamala announces $157 million aid to Lebanon, which no doubt will help Hezbollah against us and Israel.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Kind of sort of related.....

We had a huge ice storm here in 1998 and our military was deployed to Montreal to assist as that was the epicenter...

I was there assisting and we were told to stop putting up hydro poles as we were putting up 14 a day compared to the hydro guys putting up 8.....their union went to the government and complained we were taking money away from them and according to the labor board, the military was not allowed to compete against them as martial law was not declared....

So our guys packed up their operation leaving the work to the myriad of hydro companies-some of which were from the US.....these guys made a killing......

It kind of bothered our guys as they wanted to get the job done so the people could have power back.......but in the same breath were happy to get home again....

Watch Elon Musk's interview on what happened when he tried to deliver Starlink to NC.
His helicopters were not allowed to land and deliver...because they didn't have communication with the people on the ground...who had no power or internet...for said communication...
He talks about the catch 22 hypocrisy in that.

That is typically what happens when the bosses (President and Vice President) are not involved, my managing their executive cabinet member, Alejandro Mayorkas, and making sure he gets constant updates from Deanne Criswell and others. Constant updates.

In management, we simply call that gross incompetency.

They hate Musk though, simply because of his party affiliation.

This gets interesting to read further down:

I have not replied to any of your posts here, but I know how to tick you off with true facts.

That is also humorous.
You are the worst offender, at one time calling me emotional , which people close to me found hilarious.
True facts? Is there a different type?
You try to be an internet bully; I’ve read nasty exchanges between you and liberals and conservatives alike here on this forum. I take it you’ve had some success in the past, but don’t count on that here.
