For the 2nd time in as many weeks I stripped it bare today getting it ready for the dyno appointment next week. Here are a list of my preparations. Please let me know if there is anything that I have overlooked.

1)Put on 50% rear BT-015 as I didn't want to burn up my new BT023 pulling dyno miles.

2)Cleaned and lubed chain and adjusted slack.

3) New Air filter.

4) Oil and filter both have both been changed in the last 500 miles.

5) New Denso Plugs.

6) pulled the clutch cover and retorqued the clutch bolts with locktite.

7) Installed ECU Editor interface....Works like a champ just needs tune.

8) Fairings will stay off for the dyno run.

Are dynos really that bad on tires? ???

It can flat spot a new tire in no time. When I had mine dynoed I was quite a bit away from my wear markers, 20 or so runs later it was only a couple of mm's away.

As for dynos on cars we would switch to basic street tires from r compound drag radials or slick also... it really chew into soft tires and affects HP reading because of growth of the soft tires...Idk if its the same with bikes...

OK. All done. The ECM Editor tune is complete. I haven't had a chance to ride it yet but it looks good on paper. Sorry for the Pic but my scanner is not cooperating. Final pull netted 184.3hp and 108tq. All stock but the Alien Head system.

The first pull was with a MAP that I got from Greg's website so there is not a "stock" pull.
