Well I finnaly got a custom map for my 06 LE busa, my mods are, full muzzy 4 into 1 exhaust, PC3R,small air box mod,BMC filter, TRE (yea I know,LOL),ais blocked off.It was hot and humid today in florida, I had to ride the bike over 100 miles to get there too! The guy would not give me a read out of the air fuel mixture or the temperture inside the dyno room either. I dont have a digital camera at the moment so you guys will have to take my word for it, they did say they did the tuning in forth gear and put 38 miles on my bike on the dyno. So here is the numbers as I read them from my sheet.

He did a base line with the map I had in it that some one on this forum gave me then the next two were after he tweeked it.

1st run--159.18HP----95.93TQ
2nd run--161.40HP----98.65TQ
3rd run---162.23HP----98.12TQ

I was hopeing for slightly higher numbers,on top of my dyno sheet it says. CF: SAE SMOOTHING, so this was with a SAE reading, I think the other way of doing it gives higher readings?

Any way, It I think my mileage went up slightly, couldn't get it to check as me and my three friends were blasting around on the way home with 170MPH runs,LOL.That wont help it,LOL. BUT what didn't stop was the same old lumpy idle when cold and then it smooths out after warm up and my steady hunting or jerking at 2,500 rpms in say third gear , To me the bike should be smoother when slow speed cruising ,just like my FZ1 does. So I guess $272.00 for a custom map and gaining 3HP and 3FT.LBS.TQ and smother above 3,000rpm throttle responce is worth it? Not to mention when I got there in the store a bee was on my neck and stung me, so I ate it, NA!,LOL.But I did get stung. Any one cure that low speed studder, Some of the guys I was riding with think IT might be coming from my chain being to tight? Ill have to readjust it, but I dought it.Any way, just thought I share the dyno numbers with you guys.

Your numbers are dead on what a Hayabusa produces...162HP and 100 foot pounds of torque are the highest numbers we have seen from a piped and tuned Hayabusa. So very nice numbers. Good to see them close to accurate for once.

as a contrast only, the highest ZX-14 numbers piped and tuned are 178hp and 105 foot pounds of torque. Real SAE numbers without the BS. We have seen plenty of both.

One note, a TRE frequently causes lumpy idle etc, some take them off because of that.

Johnny, can you tune with the TRE and still smooth it out?

P.S.- WTF is up with no A/F numbers?

Is his equipment broken?? Can't think of any GOOD reason...

WEll the tuner would not give me a copy of the af ratio because he said they didnt want other people copying their tuning? I hate fuel inj,LOL.
