First bad experience on Ebay!

Ok! I bought some oversized scoops on ebay from this seller/store. It took them ten days to ship them first of all. when I got them it was a tab broken off on the inside and they didn't fit at all. so I emailed them and let them know of this and that I wanted a refund because they didn't fit and the tab was broken.

I sent them back and now the guy is saying that he's only going to give me money back for one cause I broke the tab. What! I forgot to mention that they email back before I got the scoops saying and I quote "Good morning, I practically had to raise hell at the PAK mail store yesterday ony to findout two of our shipments were not turned over to the UPS driver. I do apologized for the incovenience and we will be giving you a credit to your paypal once you receive the scoops and leave your positive feedback.

This sounds like to me that they're saying in order for them to make it right that I'm going to have to leave positive feedback.

I only paid $60 for the scoops so I told him to just keep it cause it's not worth it and that he was a scam artist. Ive already bought the ones from Hotbodies anyways. I should've did that in the first place.

Tell me whhat you think! did it sound like they was saying if I didn't leave positive feedback that I wasn't getting any money back?
 
Paypal is usually pretty good about refunding if a legitimate dispute is filed...especially if you saved that email.
 
Feedback on eBay means alot now. If you dont get 5 stars you have to pay more to list items. Feedback has become a huge deal now not only being positive or negative but also in how many stars you get. If you push the guy hard you will get your refund without leaving feedback. Just file a dispute if it comes down to it.

It's totally my fault cause I should have never bought them from him since he has a low feedback rate (96.9%). I usually only by from you if you have a 99.9% sometimes even a 99.8% but no lower. This time I was desperate cause my bike has been apart in my garage for almost two months and I just wanted to put it back together. Never again though! I think it's safe to say that I've learned my lesson. He got me for $60 but I'm going to make sure that I leave a nasty comment with his negative feed back from me.

The ones I got from hotbodies is coming in today but when I bought them they was on back order. So I had to wait like three weeks.
 
"Finalstagemotoring09" located in Florida . The communication with them was good until they found out I was sending them back for a refund.
 
My worst experience, I sold a Wheel and Tire, Moron forgot to update his Ebay account when he moved but did update Paypal, Ebay sends me the address to ship it too ( Old address ) I ship it, Shows it was delivered, Then he contacts me to tell me it was the wrong address. Paypal refunds his money and Im out $90 because this idiot cant update info.

report this to ebay it is called feedback extortion. They will take care of it for you. No buyer or seller can say i will do this once you leave positive feedback

Yeah good thinking. Corey, has he left feedback for you already? He cant say hes gonna refund once you leave feedback. File a dispute on them, quickest way to get your money. I dont hesitate to do it. Ive filed many on occassion to get the seller in gear to ship and item or refund.

I haven't left feedback for him yet. They was say they was going to give me money back cause the item sat at the store 10 days before it even got sent to me. That night when I did get the piece I noticed that a tab was broken. I was going to use it anyways but then I tried to install it and it wouldn't fit. So I emailed them that same night telling them that a tab was broken off and it didn't fit.
 
After he said I broke the tab and I told him that I didn't want half of my money back and that I was going to leave him negative feedback he then came up with "oh it had scratches on it". I know it didn't have scratches on it. You gotta understand that if I had broke that tab I would have never tried to return it cause that's not something I would do.
 
Here's the last email that I got from him.

God afternoon, Please send me a copy of your email telling me that the tab was broken. You returned the scoop with a piece missing, not a broken tab. We can clearly determine from the scratches and from speaking with you that you attemped to install the product. I never offered money for a feedback. I have no prolem giving you a refund for 1 scoop because the other was broken by you. I do not want or need to keep anybodys money but I would appreciate some honesty. You are threatening to leave a negative feedback for something that you caused.
