First real job. Pics.

This is the first job other than oil changing and chain adjustments. Those were on mostly non profit bikes. This is a 750 Honda spirit. The front head has got to be replaced and I think it's because of a defective pipe. It had an exhaust leak so the owner tightened the pipe a little. When I took the pipe off the collar under the flange had broken loose from the pipe. When he tightened it it wedged in the head and broke a piece out. If this bores you I appologize but I'm happy to use the shop for more than my own use. You can see in the pics what the problem was. Thank you so much for your undevided attention.

diggen the outriggers on the bike rack... are you going commercial?
 They work great. Four wheelers and lawn mowers. I can also ride the bike on the lift now. When you aint got money, you do the best you can. And no Turbo, I didn't break it. I just told him his noise might be an exhaust leak so he decided to fix it himself. Didn't work. Oh, he's an auto mechanic too. Vance and Hines pipes. Can't believe they came apart. To much vibaration on a Honda I guess.
