Flash flood Video for Australia

Never Forgotten
This is a video of the flash flood that washed through Toowoomba a large town 1hour west from me, This town only has 2 creeks the run through it and the flood was cause by the amount of rain that was falling in the hills around it. We will not be spared here over the next few days as we are preparing for flood levels in our city (Brisbane) not seen since 1974, predictions are that it will be higher than 1975,

All jokes aside good luck up there ASR, it looks mad the telecasts we are getting down ere !
The word is they have to scoop some off the dam (193% capacity) and send it Brisbane city's way.
Thats all you's need !!

Damn! the power of mother nature. Be safe and get to higher ground. Cars and personal possessions can be replaced, people cannot. Well some can. Be safe think clearly and act swiftly, there is no second guessing or chances.

Wow that is unreal... :-(
Well, it's not the first time this has happened. Fortunately, it only happens every 30-40 years or so.
In some places the water is 20 metres deep! What's that in imperial...ummm...65ft!

My wife was watching the news last night and told me they said 3/4 of Queensland has been declared a disaster area. To give you some perspective on that, Queensland is more than twice the size of Texas.

Could only work half a day as all the inner city roads are now cut due to the high tide 4.5 metres ( 14 1/2 feet) and a high king tide will arrive at 4 am tomorrow 5.3 meters (18 feet) all we can do now is wait, every one has done what they can to protect there belongings. I like every one else will have a beer and take on tomorrow, what ever is thrown up at us.
