fly wheel lost magnatizem?????

any 1 heard of a fly wheel losing magnatizem ?????????

def. no.

what gen1´s issues i already had several times, were
1. a burnt 6-point connector at the rectifier harness in the tail
2. a burnt 3-point connector under the tank or / and at the rectifier in the tail
3. a broken wire inside the generator - how to measure is described properly in the manual

point 1 and 2 i described here at my hp under the (red) headline "charging ..." or "souce of error #1 - #2.2"

the symptom at all points above allways is the same - the batt. don´t get charged.

and
what gen are we talking about here? ;)
you always should mention this fact at the very beginning of every tec. question.
othewise half of all answers would be like "punting (poking) in the fog". ;)

98 cbr900rr
replaced stator 4 times
2 batteries
3 voltage regulators
both connecting plugs between stator and regulator are clean
putting out 30to 70volts ac from stator
goes to reg and doesnt come out 13 to 15 volts
would think reg is bad but tried 3 of them known
to work . makes no sense that everything but still no charge

Are those wires into the plugs still tightly connected?

What DC voltage is being produced? Are you measuring it with the rectifier disconnected from the battery or connected?

Have you done a short circuit test? The charging system can produce plenty of power but if there is a short it could be drained. See this:

Have you written a history of this bike here on the forum? Are there any changes, especially recent such as adding electrical accessories or tapping into the harness for power? Have you even adjusted anything, even the most innocuous thing recently?

no changes bike is 1 owner un molested very clean for a cbr 22 years old . Everything electrical works correctly but no charging
2 of the 4 stators tried on it were new

A one owner clean 900rr? How cool is that? Very! Got me a 99 VFR and while its chubby these two bikes look like brothers.

Make sure and do that short test and report back. If there is more than .03 A or 3 mA you would pull fuses until the meter drops down significantly.

If you used new OEM stators/rectifiers then it likely IS charging but something else in the system that is connected is causing a problem. Something else can pull the voltage down. That is what we seek.

You need to perform a continuity test on every wire coming from the stator to the reg/rectifier and going from the reg to the battery.
Also check all ground wires in that circuit, does it have a ground cable bolting on to the regulator mounting bolt?
I recently worked on an old cbr1000 and it had a ground cable on the mounting bolt of the regulator.
