The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) have endorsed John McCain for president.

News Item

Go ahead and say they are just a conservative group then go back and look at who they have endorsed in the past. More times than not it has been the democratic candidate.

Geee.. amazing, the article basically eludes to the same feelings I have about it. Right now we need strong leadership from someone who has "been there and done that".

Sweet, just one more check in the block.

I can understand with cops being in that upper 5% of wage-earners making over 250,00.00 why they would want to endorse McCain. Plus given Palin's treatment of State Troopers in her home state...well it is a no brainer.

The trooper from alaska has admitted to using a Taser on his 12 year old son as punishment has he not. I suppose you are saying this is acceptable behavior and this trooper should be allowed to keep his job?

And what about Obama's campaign managers placing porta potties on the police memorial in Oregon. I suppose we should allow a memorial to our fellow officers who have lost their lives protecting the citizens of this country to be disgraced in this manner?

Next you will be bashing them for endorsing Bush last election. I suppose you think they messed up there as well huh?

OH OH OH!! Tasered his 12 year old son!!!

Gosh darnit why did I never think of that!! al the beatings when I could have just simply used a taser!!!

I forgot about the Obama and toilet issue and the memorial. I remember seeing that on the news when it happened. yeah I was upset about that. NO excuse!!

If Obama's team put them there because they didn’t know any better, then they are too stupid to help him run for office, and if he doesn’t see that he is too stupid to run this country.

If his team put the port-a-potties there and NEW what they were doing but were under a crunch and couldn’t find any other place and decided no one would notice anyway, then they have NO respect for our fallen hero’s and they are still stupid to think no one would know.

And I don’t care what excuses people made saying Obama didn’t know about it. guess what? he is wanting to be the commander and chief of our military, he needs to take responsibility for his actions and the actions of his team

When a US Submarine surfaced in 2001 and destroyed a Japanese fishing boat. Ultimately the commander of the Submarine was held accountable, he wasn’t physically in control of the ship, someone else was, but the commander was held accountable.

If Obama cannot assume responsibility for his people placing toilets on a memorial then in my opinion he doesn’t have the balls needed to run this country.

And I am pretty sure his team knew what they were doing, they just didn’t have any place else to put them and figured oh well.

I doubt they could give a flying %&#$ about the fallen.. more worried about how much money they will make if their "boy" gets elected when they get their little doing nothing..
