Nice to meet you yesterday at your dyno place, pity we never managed to finish off the job as hoped but i appreciated the efforts that both of you put in setting up the bike. Ive input those offsets and the couple of absolutes on the pc2 now..but (gulp!) ive realised that that i was actually using map 6 (not map 7) on tables 1,2,4.. and a modified map 7 table 3. That explains the high values on table 2 at 100% throtle. Sorry for the confusion!
Anyway, I will call you soon to get it back up for another test run , that is if i my licence is still with me.
By the way, I took your advice and decided to change the front sprocket to a 16 tooth. I managed to get one yesterday on the way home from your place. Ive dismantled everything down to the speedo bit on the sprocket, despite heating up the bolt and managing to turn it (albeit stiffly) the bolt still sheared off leaving the bulk of it still threaded. Can i get a replacement bolt from Halfords or B&Q etc, or do i need to order one from Suzuki ?
