From my earlier days with my partner Franz.
This pic was taken by my girlfriend.
She came to see Patrick Swayze that day...

You did not give an option for those of us who cant lift the bar much more 50lbs so I did not vote !

at my best i was 210 benching 385... right now trying to slim down for swcc(navy special program) so right now im 193 repping 315 3x8

my all time best bench has been 320 hit that mark this year. not too shabby concidering my body weight is between 170-180 on a good day. also take into account that i'm currently deployed. not too much else to do in free time other then hit the gym or turn into a Basking-Robbins ranger. i just take a protein shake after each workout, cant really affort all the other get supa huge products out there.( i have a wife, kids, and busa habit). take care ride safe and hit the gym hard.

before i hurt my back i was at a plato for about 6 months, 245lb for 8....took me a better part of 2 yrs to get there...i was about 185....i hurt my back in feb and lost about 15lbs..lucky if could bench the bar right now....its amazing how long it take to get it, and how quick u lose it

I'm 6'2" 180lbs

Peak Bench 215lb (I will admit, I do not bench regularly, or really ever haha)

Peak Squat 385lb (I care a bit more about this one, I'm a Pole Vaulter after all)

I'm back at it........ just hit 520 today for a double on the bench. trying to get my tendons and joints used to the heavy weight again. going for 585-600 buy end of june.

35 years old, 6' 2", weight 223 lbs., 78" wingspan (long arms suck when it comes to weight lifting - great for swattin shots on the court however) bench 315 max, start off w/ 235 12x, no un-natural BS taken, just consume a lot of protein (eggs, tuna fish, etc.). Drink my @ss off on weekends, which doesn't help (just too many friendly parties and get togethers). I'll go to the gym and be drinking 100 proof bourbon on the rocks later that night. Not the smartest move for busting your @ss in the weight room.

sounds like we got the same rotation goin on..haha, peer pressures a b@#!.

....You look like you might have seen a gym before, its kinda hard to tell:rofl::rofl:

What's your ht/wt in that pic? bf%?

Back in the day (in high school) I used to max at 305 lbs. I weighed about 165 at that time.
Now Im too old and weak to do such things...

5'8 220. 390 max. my workout found some strange at the the gym so ive been alone for almost 6 mos. I wont push over 300 now. Lost lots of mass. I find the partner is the key. anyone near DC i could use a new one!

Im 6' 180+- max @ 315. but i been out of the gym for 2 months and need to get my ass back on a schedule. why am i still taking supplements if im not gonna work out? bah! im heading to the gym.
