This is a great site for people that like to fabricate or build just about anything. I highly recommend a subscription to the magazine if you like to tinker or invent. I stumbled upon the mag in the bookstore awhile ago and have been hooked ever since... Some of it is way to technical for me but some of it is just plain neat... Good write ups on making carbon fiber items and homemade cnc machines... Let me know what you think.

Lifehacker is along the same lines. Its great for those time that you need to kill a few minutes before a meeting but dont have time to start something new... thats of course after reading every post on this site first.
