Fork and Yoke Caps

Looking at this Fork/Yoke set from ebay.. My question is will the yoke caps fit since i have a handle bar riser? Thanks

Bump.. any idea on where to get these caps... Home Depot maybe? Just need the Fork caps.. Thanks
