Fork maintenance

Going to be changing out the oil and seals on my front forks in the next week. Want to find out if there are any tricks, words of advice to doing this. Last thing I want to do is get into this and find out I needed a special part or I need to order or trick to doing it that saves hours of time.

I know someone out there has done this before on there busa.

Someone posted up a 'how-to' on changing out the fork springs. While you're not changing the springs, the procedure is there on how to pull the forks apart....and how to make the 'tool' you will need to compress the fork to remove the main fork nut.

I want to say it was CAT3 who did it...but can't remember. I'll see if I can find it...
