I found these surching around, has anyone ever heard if there any good, are the stable? and most improtant are they even worth buying??? if anyone could help me out please let me know cause the look a lot easier to adjust the back when need be. Thanks

Those are a double edged sword. Capable of very precise adjustment but also DEMAND precise adjustment. You can really throw off the way your bike handles by having one side longer than the other. Be sure to measure and count threads for both sides making sure they are exactly the same length. Then make sure you tighten the locking nut well. They look nice.

so would you think it is more of a pain to try and get the adjustment correct on this or going through everything it takes to adjust the dogbone??
 
I just got a set of adjustable links from Soupy and love em. Easy to install and adjust and only 90 bucks delievered.
