frame sliders

I was thinking of possibly mounting some sliders on the rear exhaust brackets to save the cans and rear part of the bike. Has anyone done this? If I did it I would make it look cool, not rigged up.

Someone posted something a long time ago about some and I can't remember where they saw them online. I'll have to check and see what I can find. Always thought it was a good idea, but only had stock cans and wasn't worried about it.

I installed the one that are just spools with Delrin buttons on them . Havent tried them yet to see if they protect the exhaust can or not .

Sounds like a great idea if they work.

If you have stock cans I wouldn't bother with it. If you do go down they usually take most of the damage and you can get another set for the cost of shipping.
